In this lesson you learn how to move fast and adequately in a fight. You also learn about the important of distance. The three main distances are:

  • Safe or long distance
  • Medium distance
  • Short or close distance

You learn how your steps (bobeop) enable you to move between these distances and how to use the different distances to your advantage.
