In this lesson we will look at some of the basics stances and steps.
Stances we will look at are:
- Natural stance
- Offensive stance
- Defensive stance
The Korean word for stance is jase (자세). The Korean name for the natural stance is junbi jase (준비자세), which actually means ready stance.
