Naeoegibeop

The fourth technique is called nae-oe-gi-beop (내외기법). Nae means inside, oe means outside. This tells us that this technique is an inside/outside technique, just like the first two techniques from the basic eight locks. The technique finishes with an inside/outside wrist lock.

Sometimes you see the nae-oe written with Chinese character: 內外기법.
